The Rittal 2394.100 is a pack of four base configuration rails for AX compact enclosures, each 99 mm long, made from zinc-plated sheet steel and supplied with assembly parts. The rail is one of the parts Rittal specifies when VX system interior parts, such as the VX punched sections 23 x 64 mm and VX support rails 48 x 26 mm, are fitted inside an AX enclosure.

Typical applications
Use the base configuration rail when you are extending the interior of an AX enclosure with VX components, for example adding a VX punched section across the enclosure width or height to create further fixing positions, or fitting a VX support rail across the enclosure width. In AX sheet steel enclosures you will also need the AX interior installation rail that matches the enclosure depth (2394.210 to 2394.400 cover depths of 210, 250, 300, 350 and 400 mm). For AX stainless steel enclosures, Rittal's installation data for the VX punched sections mentions only the base configuration rail.
Rittal's accessory lists name this rail for 59 AX enclosures: 39 in sheet steel and 20 in stainless steel.
