Using the website

• The website is for trade and business customers buying for their work.
• You must not use the website for anything unlawful, try to get into parts of it you are not meant to, interfere with how it works, or copy its catalogue with automated tools.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults.

Your account

Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for orders placed through it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Product information

We take care to keep product information accurate, but it is based on manufacturers' data and is a guide only. Check the manufacturer's datasheet before you order and before you install anything. Pictures - including our own renders of Rittal products - are illustrations and may differ from the product supplied. Prices are shown excluding VAT and can change; the price that applies is the one at checkout when you place your order.

Manufacturers' names and logos, such as Europa Components, Rittal, DEHN and Mersen, are the trade marks of their owners. We use them to identify the genuine products we sell; their use does not mean that a manufacturer endorses this website. Datasheets we link to belong to their manufacturers.
