Product details
The Rittal AX 1005.000 is a portrait-format compact enclosure, 300 x 380 x 210 mm, made from brushed 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel and rated IP66. It keeps a narrow 300 mm width while the 250 x 355 mm mounting plate gives the height for a vertical layout: isolator at the top, a rail of protective devices, then terminals at the bottom.

Typical applications
Local control for a single pump, agitator or conveyor drive in dairies, breweries and meat-processing halls, and terminal boxes for instruments on vessels in washdown areas. For coastal sites, chlorinated water or aggressive chemicals, the same size in 1.4404 (AISI 316L) is Rittal 1302.000.
