Product details
The Rittal AX 1009.000 is a wide, low compact enclosure, 600 x 380 x 210 mm, in brushed 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel with IP66 protection. The 550 x 355 mm mounting plate gives long horizontal DIN rails for rows of terminals, relays and interface modules, and the door closes with a single cam lock.

Typical applications
Marshalling and interface enclosures along conveyors and filling lines, local control above a machine where headroom is limited, and valve and sensor wiring boxes in dairies and breweries. 1.4301 (AISI 304) suits food and washdown areas; where chlorides are present, select 1.4404 (AISI 316L) instead.
