The Rittal AX 1057.000 is a 500 x 700 x 250 mm (W x H x D) IP66 sheet steel compact enclosure: a portrait case with a tall 450 x 675 mm mounting plate and a 2 mm door on two cam locks.
Key features
- Two cam locks with 3 mm double-bit inserts hold the single door; the hinge side can be swapped
- Zinc-plated mounting plate of 450 x 675 mm, 2.5 mm thick: about 0.30 m² for equipment
- Cable entry through a size 3 gland plate fitted in the base
- 1.5 mm steel body, 2 mm door with an all-round foamed-in PU door seal; IP66 and IK10
- Tall plate for several rows of equipment in a 500 mm width
Typical applications
Control panels laid out in horizontal rows, HVAC and building-services controls, and pump or fan panels in plant rooms where wall width is limited.
