The Rittal AX 1060.000 is an IP66 sheet steel compact enclosure of 600 x 600 x 210 mm (W x H x D), the slimmest of the three 600 x 600 mm depths in our AX steel range, with a 550 x 575 mm mounting plate.
Key features
- Single door closing on two cam locks with 3 mm double-bit inserts; interchangeable hinge lets the door open from either side
- Zinc-plated mounting plate of 550 x 575 mm, 2.5 mm thick: about 0.32 m² for equipment
- Cable entry through a size 4 gland plate fitted in the base
- 1.5 mm steel body and door, all-round foamed-in PU door seal; IP66, IK10
- Slim 210 mm depth keeps a 600 x 600 mm panel close to the wall
Typical applications
General control panels, small motor control and distribution, and marshalling panels where a slim profile matters, such as in corridors and walkways. If your components or door-mounted devices need more room, choose 1054.000 (250 mm deep) or 1360.000 (350 mm deep). For hygiene areas or corrosive atmospheres, consider AX stainless steel; for a non-conductive housing, AX GRP.
