The Rittal AX 1076.000 is an IP66 sheet steel compact enclosure of 600 x 760 x 210 mm (W x H x D), combining a slim 210 mm depth with a 550 x 735 mm mounting plate.
Key features
- Two cam locks with 3 mm double-bit inserts hold the single door; the hinge side can be swapped
- Mounting plate 550 x 735 mm, 2.5 mm thick and zinc-plated, giving about 0.40 m²

Typical applications
Distribution and control panels made up mainly of DIN-rail devices, lighting and small power control, and marshalling panels where the enclosure should not stand far off the wall. The 350 mm-deep 1376.000 shares the same face for deeper equipment. If the site is corrosive or washed down often, look at AX stainless steel or GRP instead.
Compliance
IP66 to IEC 60529 and UL 50E Type 1, 3R, 4 and 12 (NEMA 1, 3R, 4, 12), so it is type rated for outdoor as well as indoor use. Impact rating IK10.
