The Rittal AX 1304.000 is a 600 x 600 x 210 mm compact enclosure in brushed 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel, rated IP66, IK10 and UL 50E Type 4X. It brings the chloride resistance of 316L to a control-panel size, with a 550 x 575 mm, 2.5 mm mounting plate and two cam locks that are themselves 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless.

Typical applications
Pump and process control panels at water and wastewater treatment works, control enclosures at coastal and port installations exposed to salt spray, and panels in chemical and pharmaceutical plants. Where chlorides are not a concern, the same size in 1.4301 (AISI 304) is Rittal 1010.000.
