The Rittal AX 1350.000 is a 500 x 500 x 300 mm (W x H x D) IP66 sheet steel compact enclosure: the square 500 mm format with 300 mm of depth, for panels that carry deeper equipment.
Key features
- Single door closing on two cam locks with 3 mm double-bit inserts; interchangeable hinge lets the door open from either side
- Mounting plate 450 x 475 mm, 2.5 mm thick and zinc-plated, giving about 0.21 m²
- Cable entry through a size 6 gland plate fitted in the base
- 1.5 mm steel body and door with an all-round foamed-in PU door seal; IP66 and IK10
- 300 mm depth for deeper devices on a square 450 x 475 mm plate
Typical applications
Drive and soft-starter panels, power supply and control transformer panels, and control panels where door-mounted devices need room behind the door. The slimmer 210 mm version is 1050.000. If the site is corrosive or washed down often, look at AX stainless steel or GRP instead.
Compliance
Rated IP66 to IEC 60529 (dust-tight, protected against powerful water jets) and UL 50E Type 1, 3R, 4 and 12, with matching NEMA ratings; Types 3R and 4 cover outdoor use.
