This baying kit joins Rittal AX, KX, AE and KL enclosures side by side, for enclosures up to 800 mm high and 350 mm deep. Each pack covers one baying point of up to 800 x 350 mm (H x D) and contains special screws and nuts together with self-adhesive sealing elements. Rittal quotes IP66 for the kit when it is installed correctly.

What it fits: One pack covers a baying joint up to 800 mm high and 350 mm deep, so we list it for the 39 AX enclosures within that size (24 sheet steel, 15 stainless steel). Rittal's catalogue and website also name the kit for larger AX enclosures but do not say how many packs a bigger joint needs, so please ask us before ordering for an enclosure over 800 mm high or 350 mm deep. The extra cut-outs for the joint are made by the installer, and baying is not supported on the hinged side of the KX E-box.
