The Rittal 2580.100 is a closed large seal insert, with no cable opening, supplied in a pack of 5. It seals any large position in Rittal's modular cable entry system that is not carrying a cable.

Typical applications
Use closed large inserts where a position is planned for a bigger cable, such as a future supply or motor feed, that is not yet installed. The entry stays sealed in the meantime, and the insert can be exchanged for a sized one when the cable goes in.

Type rating to UL 50E: Type 1.
Compatibility: Rittal catalogues the large inserts with its modular sealing frames (2583.080, 2583.100) and modular plastic gland plates (2561.200 to 2567.200), and lists them for 20 AX stainless steel compact enclosures, such as 300 x 300 x 210 mm and 600 x 760 x 210 mm. Frame capacities are quoted in small inserts, so check with us how many large inserts your frame or plate takes.
