Europa's SSTB303015 is a 300 x 300 x 150 mm IP65 stainless steel wall-mounting enclosure - grade 304, brushed finish, and designed to be cleaned down rather than protected from the weather.

Typical applications
Stainless is specified where the environment attacks the enclosure as much as the gear inside it. Food and beverage production, dairies, breweries and commercial kitchens need surfaces that survive daily caustic wash-down; pharmaceutical and laboratory areas need finishes that do not shed paint; water treatment, chemical, marine and coastal sites need metal that resists corrosion in salt-laden air. Inside, the job is the same as any wall-mounting enclosure: isolators, starters, control stations, PLC and instrument marshalling, and small distribution assemblies. At this size it is typically a local control or isolation point, or a hygienic marshalling box for field wiring. Grade 304 covers most of these duties; where chloride exposure is severe, ask us about a grade 316 alternative.
Compliance
IP65 rated: dust-tight and protected against low pressure water jets from any direction - the level normally required for hose-down cleaning. The rating is only as good as the entries made on site, so use correctly rated glands and keep the door seal clean.
