Typical applications
Keep a pack of these screws alongside your AX plastic enclosures for fastening interior installation parts during the build and for replacing fixings during later modifications or maintenance. Self-tapping screws form their own thread as they are driven in, so start them square and take care not to overtighten them in plastic. When the enclosure is an AX GRP Ex version for hazardous areas, the finished assembly must be assessed and certified for its application by whoever builds it.
