Product details
The Terasaki 003592 under-voltage release is the 200-240 V DC version for TemBreak 2 Lite breakers on the 160 A and 250 A frames. It is intended for sites whose control and tripping power comes from a 220 V DC station battery, such as generating plant and large process installations, and draws only 3.5 mA from it.

- 200-240 V DC coil; exciting current 3.5 mA, the lowest of the DC releases
- Instantaneous response to loss of voltage
- The breaker trips whenever the coil supply is interrupted, on purpose or by a fault
- Installed in the trip-coil position; a shunt trip cannot be fitted as well
- Auxiliary and alarm switches fit alongside it
Typical applications
Low-voltage distribution in power stations and heavy industrial plant with a 220 V DC battery, trip circuits that must fail to safety if the station battery is lost or a supervising contact opens, and replacements on existing systems already wired for a 220 V DC release.
