Product details
The Terasaki 003561 under-voltage release takes its coil supply across two phases, with a rating of 380-450 V AC, and fits TemBreak 2 Lite breakers on the 160 A and 250 A frames. Connected to the 400 V or 415 V lines it is watching, it trips the breaker when that voltage is lost, without needing a neutral or a control transformer.

Typical applications
Three-phase motor, pump and fan feeders where only the lines are brought to the board, plant that must not restart automatically when the supply comes back, and installations where losing the voltage between the two monitored phases should take the load off. On a 3-phase board it saves running a neutral or fitting a transformer just to power the release.
Fits TemBreak 2 Lite S160-SCJ breakers (160 A frame) and the E250-SJ, S250-SJ and S250-SN (250 A frame). An AC time-delay version (500 ± 300 ms), which adds a controller mounted to the right of the breaker, is a different Terasaki part.
