Product details
The Terasaki 003547 under-voltage release (UVT) lets a TemBreak 2 Lite breaker on the 160 A or 250 A frame stay closed only while its 100-120 V AC coil is energised. If that voltage disappears, the breaker trips. Wired into a 110 V AC control circuit, it turns any break in that circuit into a trip, which makes the arrangement fail-safe.

Typical applications
Emergency stop circuits on 110 V AC control transformers, with the stop buttons' normally closed contacts in series with the coil; machine and plant supplies that must not come back on by themselves after an outage; and interlocks where opening a guard or door contact should trip the supply.
Fits the TemBreak 2 Lite S160-SCJ (160 A frame) and E250-SJ, S250-SJ and S250-SN (250 A frame). Where brief dips should be ridden through, Terasaki's AC time-delay releases (500 ± 300 ms, using a separate controller that mounts to the right of the breaker) are different parts.
