The Rittal 8617.110 is a pack of four VX punched sections with a 23 x 64 mm profile, sized for a 400 mm enclosure width or height and made from zinc-plated sheet steel, with assembly parts supplied. The section belongs to Rittal's VX system, but Rittal gives installation options for AX compact enclosures, which is why it appears on AX accessory lists.

Typical applications
Punched sections add fixing lines inside an enclosure beyond the mounting plate, giving positions for interior parts, brackets and components. They are also one of the listed mounting positions for the Rittal 2559.000 M8 earth connection, so a section can carry an earthing point where the build needs one. Outside the AX range, Rittal lists the same part in VX and VX SE enclosures, in CX pedestals and one-piece console pedestals, and in VX base/plinth systems.
Rittal's accessory lists name this size for eight AX enclosures: two in sheet steel, one in stainless steel and five in the AX GRP (plastic) range. All are 400 mm wide apart from one GRP enclosure, which is 300 mm wide and 400 mm high.
