The Europa ATS-CON402PME is a 40 A single-phase automatic transfer switch that watches the incoming 230 V mains and moves the load to a standby generator on its own. Where a manual changeover needs somebody to walk to the switch, this unit detects the failure, calls the generator, waits for it to come up to speed and transfers, then puts the load back on the mains when the supply returns.
