The Terasaki 064906 handle lock (HL) is a toggle locking device for TemBreak 2 Lite breakers on the 160 A and 250 A frames. Fitted at the breaker's toggle, it allows the handle to be padlocked in the OFF position for isolation, or in the ON position, with room for up to three padlocks.

Typical applications
Locking off an outgoing way in a Resilience board or switchboard while work is carried out downstream, permit-to-work isolation where electricians and other trades each apply a lock, and holding a breaker on where a supply must not be switched off casually. It suits breakers worked by their own toggle, where no rotary operating handle is fitted.
