Typical applications
Wall-mounted IT, network and service enclosures where the outlets need 30 mA residual current protection at the strip, for example where portable equipment is plugged in during maintenance. These are continental sockets, not UK type G (BS 1363), so check the plugs on the equipment to be connected.
Compliance
Rittal's data lists DIN 49 440-1 as the applicable standard.
Compatibility: Rittal lists this strip for its four AX IT wall-mounted enclosures, all 600 mm wide: 7641.350, 7643.350 and 7645.350 (380, 600 and 760 mm high, 350 mm deep) and 7646.400 (800 mm high, 400 mm deep). It mounts on components with a 25 mm pitch pattern, on the enclosure frame, at the 482.6 mm (19-inch) level, or horizontally at the rear of an IT wall-mounted distributor where the width allows.
