The Rittal 7240.260 is a 19-inch UPS socket strip with seven red type F earthing-pin sockets (CEE 7/3), rated 10 A at 250 V AC, supplied with a 2 m connection cable carrying a 10 A IEC 320 (C14) connector.

Typical applications
Distributing UPS-backed power in wall-mounted IT and network enclosures: the C14 connector plugs into an IEC outlet such as a UPS output, and the red sockets mark these outlets out from grey strips. These are continental sockets, not UK type G (BS 1363), so check the plugs on the equipment to be connected.

Rittal's data lists DIN 49 440-1 as the applicable standard.
Compatibility: Rittal lists this strip for its four AX IT wall-mounted enclosures, all 600 mm wide: 7641.350, 7643.350 and 7645.350 (380, 600 and 760 mm high, 350 mm deep) and 7646.400 (800 mm high, 400 mm deep). It mounts on components with a 25 mm pitch pattern, on the enclosure frame, at the 482.6 mm (19-inch) level, or horizontally at the rear of an IT wall-mounted distributor where the width allows.
