The Rittal 7240.201 is a 19-inch socket strip with nine IEC 320 C13 sockets and an IEC 60320 C14 inlet, rated 10 A at 250 V AC. An integral 5 x 20 mm miniature fuse (10 A) is included, and the strip is fed by a connection lead provided by the customer.

Typical applications
Distributing power to IT equipment with IEC connections, fed by a detachable lead, for example from a UPS or another IEC outlet in a wall-mounted network enclosure. Depending on the load, Rittal recommends allowing a reserve for starting-current peaks so that protective devices do not trip unintentionally.
Compatibility: Rittal lists this strip for its four AX IT wall-mounted enclosures, all 600 mm wide: 7641.350, 7643.350 and 7645.350 (380, 600 and 760 mm high, 350 mm deep) and 7646.400 (800 mm high, 400 mm deep). It mounts on components with a 25 mm pitch pattern, on the enclosure frame, at the 482.6 mm (19-inch) level, or horizontally at the rear of an IT wall-mounted distributor where the width allows.
