Three-phase TT installations put the heaviest duty on the neutral-to-earth path, and this four-pole Surge-Trap STPT12 answers it with a 50kA cartridge on that pole alongside 12.5kA line-to-neutral protection on each phase. It is the incoming-position arrester for 230/400V TT supplies.
