The Rittal AX 6315.150 is a sheet-steel operating housing with side handle strips, 300 x 300 x 210 mm (W x H x D), designed for servicing access from the front and prepared for a Ø 130 mm support arm connection. It is the most compact front-access size we list.
Key features
- 300 x 300 mm housing front, cut out to the maximum and covered by an easily machinable 3 mm aluminium panel
- Ø 130 mm support arm connection with reinforcement; an off-centre position is preformed and easily drilled out
- Cam lock with 3 mm double-bit insert, exchangeable for 27 mm lock inserts, type A
- Rotate the housing to swap the support arm connection and door hinge sides
- Integral interior installation bracket with system punchings
Typical applications
Machine-side control points with a small group of pushbuttons, an emergency stop, a selector switch or indicator lamps, or a compact text display, mounted on a support arm where the operator needs it. Front servicing access means wiring and maintenance are done from the operator side, which helps where the back of the housing is hard to reach.
