The Europa 16 A 415 V 3P+N+E weatherproof interlocked socket carries a neutral alongside the three lines, with mechanically interlocked switching and an IP67 enclosure for exposed and wash-down installations.

Compliance
IP67, as defined in BS EN 60529, means dust-tight and able to withstand the effects of temporary immersion in water, and is the rating to specify for outdoor, wash-down and flood-prone positions. The rating applies to the unit as installed, with a matching plug or the outlet cover correctly in place. The outlet follows the IEC 60309 industrial pin-and-sleeve pattern. There is no integral residual current protection in this range, so RCD protection must be provided upstream where BS 7671 requires it.
