Product details
The Terasaki 065453 is a terminal cover for 3-pole TemBreak 2 Lite breakers on the 160 A frame that are connected from the rear. With the conductors taken off the back of the breaker, the cover closes the terminal openings so they cannot be reached from the front or from above. Each cover protects one end of the breaker.
Key features
- Rear-connection type (Terasaki CR), not a front-connection cover
- Shields the terminal area at the front and on top
- A 4 mm hole at each terminal allows insulation-resistance (Megger) testing with the cover in place
- Grey; 75 mm wide for the 3-pole body
- Line and load ends are covered separately, so a breaker needs two for full coverage
Typical applications
Rear-connected 160 A frame breakers in switchboards and panels where bars or cables are brought to the back of the device, and replacement of rear covers lost or damaged during alterations. Interpole barriers cannot be fitted together with a terminal cover.
Fits the 3-pole S160-SCJ when it is rear-connected. A front-connected S160-SCJ takes Terasaki's front-connection cover, part number 065248, instead.
