Buying guide
A 400 A panel board distributes a sub-main supply to a set of MCCB-protected outgoing circuits. Terasaki offers it two ways: the Resilience Standard board, which houses the incomer and up to 18 outgoing ways in one compact wall-mounted enclosure with the doors included, and the Resilience Plus board, which pairs a separate incomer housing with a modular board that takes larger outgoing MCCBs, electronic trip units, cableways and add-on enclosures.
Both have 400 A busbars rated for 1 second at 25 kA (Standard) or 36 kA (Plus). Pick the board by the number of ways, the largest outgoing device and the form of separation, then use the Panel Builder to add the incomer, the MCCBs, the surge kit and the metering that fit it.

- Which 400 A board takes outgoing MCCBs above 125 A?
- Resilience Plus. Its 250 AF outgoing ways take 3-pole MCCBs up to 250 A; Resilience Standard ways take up to 125 A.
- What incomer does a 400 A board need?
- On Resilience Standard a 400 A MCCB or switch-disconnector fits the integral position. On Resilience Plus the incomer sits in a separate housing - a 250 AF housing for up to 250 A, or an 800 AF housing for a 400 A device.
- Can I configure the whole board online?
- Yes. The Panel Builder chooses the board, incomer, outgoing MCCBs, surge and metering together, checks that everything fits and prices it.
