Typical applications
40 A covers three-phase supplies to small distribution boards, air handling units, commercial kitchen equipment and medium-size heaters, with the thermal trip adjustable to match the connected load. The fixed magnetic trip is 600 A ±120 A, the same as the 25 A. Our online Panel Builder can place it on an outgoing way of a Resilience Standard board and produce the drawing and parts list.

Terasaki declares the electrical characteristics to IEC 60947-2 and EN 60947-2, alongside JIS C 8201-2-1 Annex 1 and NEMA AB-1.
Listed accessories: auxiliary switch 002489, alarm switch 002557, handle lock 064906, terminal covers 065453 and 065248, plus a shunt trip or an under-voltage release (one per breaker, several coil voltages). Standard terminal covers cannot be combined with interpole barriers.
