The Rittal 2435.500 is an AX comfort handle prepared for the ASSA lock system. It accepts an ASSA oval profile half-cylinder up to 26.9 mm overall length, so larger AX enclosures with a 3-point lock system can be brought into a site's existing ASSA key system.

Typical applications

Buildings and plants that already manage access through an ASSA cylinder system and want their larger AX enclosures on the same key plan, for example in facilities management, utilities and public buildings.

Rittal's accessory lists match it to 12 larger AX enclosures with a 3-point lock system: nine in sheet steel, including sizes from 600 x 1200 x 300 mm to 1200 x 1200 x 400 mm and 1000 x 1400 x 400 mm, and three in stainless steel, including 1017.000 (800 x 1200 x 300 mm) and 1019.000 (1000 x 1200 x 300 mm). Rittal also lists it for TE enclosures and for CX one-piece consoles and pedestals. For compact AX enclosures with cam locks, the matching ASSA handle is the mini-comfort handle 2537.400.
