Europa 500A three-pole neutral-link switch-disconnector rated AC-23 at 400 V, supplied in an IP66 GRP enclosure with a door-interlocked handle. The door cannot be opened while the switch is on, giving a safe, lockable isolation point for motors, plant and sub-mains.

The Europa 500A 3-pole + neutral link enclosed switch-disconnector is built for heavier feeders: an 500A load-break switch in an IP66 GRP enclosure, with a handle that will not release the door until the supply is off.

Typical applications
Specify GRP for corrosive and exposed duty at higher currents: water and wastewater treatment works, pumping stations, agricultural and quarry plant, chemical process areas and coastal sites. The non-metallic enclosure will not corrode, and IP66 handles powerful water jets as well as dust ingress. 500 A is the size to reach for when one feeder carries a whole production area or plant room. Here the neutral passes through a solid bolted link instead of a switched contact, which saves cost and terminal space against the switched-neutral version.

Built to IEC and EN 60947-1 and 60947-3 for low-voltage switches and switch-disconnectors, with Bureau Veritas certification. IP66 means dust-tight and proof against powerful water jets, which is why GRP is specified for hose-down positions.
