The Europa IS323F is a 32A 110V 3-pin in-line (trailing) socket rated splash-proof IP44. It goes on the end of a flexible cable fed from the supply, so it accepts the plug of a tool or machine - put a matching plug on the far end and you have an extension lead built to IEC 60309.

Typical applications
In practice it is specified for heavier reduced low voltage plant - breakers, cut-off saws, larger site transformers and lighting strings.
