Fit the Europa IPW323P where a 32A 230V supply has to be made and broken by hand rather than hard-wired. It is a 3-pin IEC 60309 plug sealed to dust-tight, watertight IP67, moulded for the knocks of site and outdoor work, and it mates only with a socket of the same rating and voltage band.

Overcurrent protection is not part of the connector: the circuit feeding it must be protected at the board, with any RCD protection BS 7671 calls for provided upstream.
