Product details
These door retainers hold an ATLAS enclosure door open while you work. On an outdoor panel in any sort of wind that is a safety item, not a convenience: an unsecured GRP door swinging shut on an engineer's hands, or onto a test lead, is a recognised hazard. Fitting the manufacturer's own part keeps the enclosure performing as designed and avoids the improvised fixes that undo a sealed, insulated build.
Key features
- Holds the enclosure door open safely while work is in progress
- Supplied as a pack of two with the fixing kit, enough for one door
- Stops wind catching the door on exposed and rooftop installations
- Frees both hands for testing, terminating and fault finding
- Genuine Europa ATLAS accessory
Typical applications
Fitted to ATLAS enclosures on exposed sites - rooftops, coastal and estuary installations, wind-swept industrial estates, quarries, farms and pumping stations - and on any panel where commissioning and maintenance mean long periods with the door open.
