The Europa STBRACKET is a pack of four fixing brackets for the STB range of epoxy coated steel enclosures, letting you mount the enclosure on a wall without drilling through the back and breaking its IP seal.

Typical applications
Fixing brackets are the standard way to hang a steel enclosure on a wall, a steel frame, Unistrut or a machine plinth. Drilling the back of an enclosure to get fixings through it defeats the IP rating you paid for and creates a corrosion path, so external brackets are used instead on any installation that has to stay sealed - wash-down areas, dusty production halls, plant rooms and outdoor-adjacent positions. Four brackets per enclosure is the normal arrangement, which is how this pack is supplied. Fit them before the enclosure is populated if you can; lifting a loaded enclosure onto brackets is a two-person job. These brackets are for the STB range; for stainless enclosures use SSTBRACKET, which is made in stainless steel to match.
